Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver high-quality Economics lessons aligned with Cambridge IGCSE and AS/A Level curricula.
- Develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles and academic levels.
- Provide regular, constructive feedback to students to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Participate actively in departmental meetings, curriculum reviews, and school-wide professional development programs.
- Prepare students for internal and external examinations through effective revision strategies and mock assessments.
- Maintain a stimulating classroom environment that encourages academic curiosity and ethical discussion.
- Collaborate with parents, guardians, and the pastoral team to ensure the holistic well-being of every student.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
- Recognized teaching qualification (PGCE, B.Ed, or equivalent) with QTS status.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience teaching Economics within an international school setting (CIE curriculum preferred).
- Proven track record of high student achievement and exam success in IGCSE/A Level Economics.
- Excellent proficiency in English with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to integrate modern technology and digital tools into the classroom.
- Cultural adaptability and a commitment to fostering an inclusive educational environment.
