Tanggung Jawab
- Deliver comprehensive Chemistry instruction for IGCSE, AS/A Level, and IB Diploma Programme curricula
- Develop differentiated lesson plans incorporating laboratory experiments and digital learning tools
- Assess student progress through formative evaluations and examination preparation
- Maintain accurate academic records and provide constructive feedback to students
- Collaborate with department colleagues to enhance curriculum delivery
- Participate in professional development workshops and curriculum innovation projects
- Organize chemistry-focused extracurricular activities to deepen student engagement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field (Master's preferred)
- Minimum 3 years teaching experience in IGCSE/IB/A-Level Chemistry
- Strong subject expertise across organic, inorganic, and physical chemistry
- Experience with IB internal assessment and extended essay supervision
- Excellent classroom management and student engagement techniques
- Proficiency in English and Bahasa Indonesia
- Relevant teaching certification (PGCE/PGDE or equivalent)
- Ability to create inclusive learning environments for diverse student populations
