Tanggung Jawab

- Create comprehensive lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessment tools tailored to the specific curriculum requirements.
- Monitor student progress diligently, provide constructive feedback, and adapt teaching methods to meet individual learning needs.
- Prepare students thoroughly for examinations, including mock tests and review sessions, covering all relevant topics.
- Foster a positive, encouraging, and intellectually stimulating learning environment.
- Communicate effectively with students, parents, and academic coordinators regarding student performance and progress.
- Stay current with curriculum updates, pedagogical best practices, and innovative teaching technologies.
- Participate in regular professional development workshops and team meetings to enhance teaching skills and curriculum knowledge.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Mathematics, Education, or a related field.
- Proven experience (minimum 2-3 years) teaching IGCSE, AS/A Level, or IB DP Mathematics.
- Deep understanding of the respective curriculum frameworks, assessment objectives, and grading criteria.
