Tanggung Jawab
- Design and develop kawaii-style character illustrations for various product lines and branding initiatives.
- Create visually stunning packaging designs that align with brand guidelines and market trends.
- Prepare production-ready artwork files, ensuring tight specifications and quality standards are met across different materials.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to conceptualize and execute engaging digital and print collateral.
- Maintain consistency of visual identity across all product touchpoints, from initial concept to final product launch.
- Stay updated on design trends, materials, and printing techniques to continuously innovate our product range.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, delivering high-quality work within specified deadlines.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional experience as an Illustrator or Graphic Designer, preferably in consumer goods or creative agencies.
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Visual Communication, or a related field.
- Mastery of design software (Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Experience with 3D software (Blender, C4D) or motion design is a strong plus.
- A strong, diverse portfolio showcasing exceptional character illustrations (specifically kawaii/cute art styles) and comprehensive packaging design projects.
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, layout principles, and print production processes.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative creative environment while maintaining a high level of attention to detail and meeting tight deadlines.
- Proactive attitude, strong work ethic, and eagerness to learn new tools and techniques.
