Microsoft is proud to participate in the IMDA-CLT (Company-Led Training) program, offering a unique opportunity for high-potential students to join our Solution Engineering team as an Intern.
In this role, you will be at the intersection of business strategy and technical innovation. You won't just be watching from the sidelines; you will be an active participant in the lifecycle of digital transformation. You will shadow senior Solution Engineers during high-stakes stakeholder interactions, assist in technical proof-of-concept deployments, and learn how to translate complex client business needs into scalable cloud and software architectures.
This internship is designed to provide you with a holistic view of the pre-sales and solution delivery process. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, gain exposure to Microsoftâs industry-leading ecosystem, and build the foundational skills necessary to thrive in a global enterprise environment. We are looking for self-starters who are eager to learn, curious about emerging technologies, and passionate about solving real-world problems for our enterprise customers.
Tanggung Jawab
- Shadow senior Solution Engineers during client meetings to understand technical discovery and requirement gathering.
- Assist in the preparation of technical demonstrations, presentations, and proof-of-concept (POC) environments.
- Contribute to technical documentation, architecture diagrams, and project status reports under the guidance of mentors.
- Engage with stakeholders to understand customer pain points and propose viable technical solutions.
- Support the team in troubleshooting technical hurdles during the pre-sales cycle.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Customer Success, and Product Marketing.
- Participate in internal training sessions and technical workshops to deepen knowledge of Microsoft cloud solutions.
- Contribute to the internal knowledge base by documenting technical wins and best practices.
Kualifikasi
- Currently pursuing a Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Strong foundational understanding of Cloud computing concepts (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in simple terms.
- A proactive learner with a passion for innovation and professional growth.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with software development lifecycles and modern application architecture (APIs, Microservices, Databases).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a logical approach to challenges.
- Available for a full-time internship commitment for the specified duration.
