Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and monitor Linux servers and data center infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and uptime.
- Execute routine system maintenance, including updates, patches, and security configurations.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
- Perform regular backups and data restoration procedures to ensure data integrity.
- Adhere to strict IT security protocols and compliance standards.
- Collaborate with the IT team to implement process improvements and automation scripts.
- Document operational procedures and maintain accurate logs of all system activities.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience working in a Linux environment (Red Hat, CentOS, Ubuntu, etc.).
- Familiarity with data center operations, server hardware, and storage systems.
- Strong understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure during shifts.
- Willingness to work a 12-hour shift rotation and weekends as required.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work well within a team.
