As a Principal Consultant, you will be responsible for managing complex immigration cases and applications from inception to completion. You will provide expert guidance on immigration policies, visa requirements, and compliance matters across multiple jurisdictions including Singapore, Australia, the UK, and other key destinations. This role involves strategic planning, meticulous case management, and building lasting relationships with corporate clients and individual applicants.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in immigration consultancy, excellent communication and presentation skills, and the ability to navigate complex regulatory frameworks. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage and oversee complex immigration cases and applications from initiation to approval
- Provide expert consultation on immigration policies, visa requirements, and compliance across multiple jurisdictions
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients, investors, and high-net-worth individuals
- Develop and implement strategic business development plans to expand the client portfolio
- Ensure compliance with immigration laws, regulations, and internal quality standards
- Mentor and guide junior team members, fostering a culture of excellence and professionalism
- Prepare and review comprehensive immigration documentation, reports, and correspondence
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Law, Business Administration, International Relations, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of progressive experience in immigration consultancy or legal practice
- In-depth knowledge of Singapore and international immigration policies and procedures
- Proven track record of successfully handling high-value and complex immigration cases
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Professional certification in immigration consultancy (e.g., EA, ICC, or equivalent) is highly desirable
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in additional languages (Mandarin, Malay, Tamil) is advantageous
