Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the full sales cycle, from initial lead qualification to contract closure.
- Provide comprehensive consultations to prospective clients regarding immigration policies and visa requirements.
- Analyze client profiles to recommend the most suitable immigration pathways and programs.
- Maintain a high conversion rate by building strong rapport and addressing client concerns effectively.
- Keep up-to-date with evolving immigration regulations and industry trends.
- Prepare accurate documentation and ensure all applications meet stringent regulatory standards.
- Develop and nurture a pipeline of leads through proactive outreach and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in immigration sales or a related consultancy field is strongly preferred.
- Strong track record of meeting or exceeding monthly sales targets.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to translate complex legal and immigration information into clear, actionable advice for clients.
- High level of integrity, professionalism, and ethical judgment.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage high-pressure situations.
- Valid right to work in Singapore (Note: No work passes will be issued for this role).
