Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor and update shipment statuses upon arrival in real-time
- Create, maintain, and organize shipment documentation files
- Update Daily Impex Monitoring Sheet with accurate tracking data
- Monitor shipping line schedules, performance, and route optimization
- Coordinate with customs brokers and international partners
- Ensure compliance with import/export regulations and documentation
- Generate performance reports for operational improvements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or Business Administration
- 1-2 years experience in import/export operations or logistics coordination
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment
- Knowledge of shipping lines and international trade regulations preferred
- Excellent communication skills in English and Filipino
