Tanggung Jawab
- Assist in the end-to-end import and export processes, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Prepare, verify, and manage all necessary shipping documents, including commercial invoices, bills of lading, and certificates of origin.
- Coordinate closely with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and suppliers to resolve logistics issues efficiently.
- Monitor shipment schedules, track cargo status, and update relevant stakeholders regarding delivery updates.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all import/export transactions in the company database.
- Assist in inventory management and stock reconciliation related to imported materials.
Kualifikasi
- High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Previous experience in import/export, freight forwarding, or logistics coordination is preferred but not required.
- Strong knowledge of basic computer applications, including Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet strict deadlines.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new logistics software or systems.
- Must be located in or willing to work in Santo Tomas City, Batangas.
