- Design, install, and maintain ion implantation equipment to optimize production efficiency
- Lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis for complex equipment failures
- Develop preventive maintenance protocols to minimize downtime
- Collaborate with process engineering to integrate equipment requirements
- Train and mentor junior technicians on equipment operation
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives for equipment performance
- Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards (ISO, SEMI)
- Document technical procedures and maintain equipment history logs
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Industrial Engineering
- 5+ years of experience in semiconductor equipment maintenance
- Expertise in ion implantation systems (e.g., Varian, Axcelis)
- Strong diagnostic skills for electro-mechanical systems
- Proficiency in PLC programming and industrial automation
- Experience with preventive maintenance frameworks
- Ability to work in a cleanroom environment
- Strong problem-solving and documentation abilities
