We are building Malaysia’s first AI-native ERP system, and we need a technically sharp individual who enjoys bridging the gap between complex software architecture and real-world business needs.
In this hybrid role, you will be at the forefront of our product lifecycle—from troubleshooting critical bugs to guiding clients through seamless onboarding experiences. You won't just be an engineer; you will work directly with our CEO and core development team, gaining unparalleled exposure to modern tech stacks and high-level product strategy. Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end technical implementation and configuration of our AI-native ERP for new enterprise clients.
- Collaborate with the development team to identify, reproduce, and resolve software bugs, ensuring high system reliability.
- Provide comprehensive technical training and onboarding support to ensure client success and high product adoption.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact, translating complex business requirements into actionable software solutions.
- Monitor application performance and propose optimizations to enhance user experience and workflow efficiency.
- Participate in sprint planning and contribute to the product roadmap through direct feedback loops with the CEO.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation, including user manuals and troubleshooting guides.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in application support, technical implementation, or software development.
- Strong understanding of ERP systems, relational databases (SQL), and web technologies.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills with an analytical mindset to debug complex issues.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-style environment with minimal supervision.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing technical role is highly preferred.
