We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented Implementation Associate to join our team based in Antipolo City, Rizal. In this full-time position, you will be instrumental in the end-to-end implementation of our software products for new and existing clients. You will analyze client requirements, configure the system, conduct testing, and deliver training sessions.
Your responsibilities will include collaborating with the project team to define project scope and deliverables, managing timelines, and ensuring that implementation projects are completed on time and within budget. You will also serve as the primary point of contact for clients during the implementation phase, building strong relationships based on trust and expertise.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in information technology, excellent communication skills, and a knack for problem-solving. - Collaborate with clients to gather business requirements and translate them into system configurations.
- Assist in the planning, execution, and monitoring of implementation projects.
- Conduct system configuration, testing, and quality assurance to ensure deliverables meet client expectations.
- Deliver training sessions to end-users and create training materials.
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshooting.
- Document project progress, client configurations, and lessons learned.
- Work closely with the technical team to address customization needs and resolve issues.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in software implementation, preferably in HR/Payroll systems.
- Strong understanding of HR processes and HRIS platforms.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Analytical mindset with problem-solving capabilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; knowledge of SQL is an advantage.
- Willingness to work in Antipolo City and travel to client sites as needed.
