Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the initial setup, configuration, and customization of the Avaloq and Olympic banking solutions to meet client specifications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and optimize business processes across front, middle, and back-office functions.
- Conduct comprehensive system testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and validation to ensure regulatory compliance.
- Provide training, guidance, and support to end-users during the system rollout and go-live phases.
- Develop detailed documentation, including technical specifications, user manuals, and standard operating procedures.
- Act as the primary point of contact between technical teams and business stakeholders to resolve implementation challenges.
- Assist in the migration of data and ensure data integrity during system implementation.
Kualifikasi
- Proven experience as an Implementation Consultant or Project Manager within the banking and wealth management sectors.
- Strong technical expertise in Avaloq or similar core banking platforms is highly preferred.
- Deep understanding of front, middle, and back-office operational workflows in financial services.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to bridge the gap between technical developers and business users.
- Relevant degree in Finance, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines in a contract role.
