- Lead the implementation and customization of technology solutions according to client specifications
- Provide technical guidance and training to clients during the implementation phase
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality
- Document implementation processes, configurations, and best practices
- Monitor post-implementation performance and address any technical issues
- Continuously evaluate and recommend improvements to implementation methodologies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in software implementation or consulting
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with project management methodologies and tools
- Proficiency in relevant software platforms and technologies
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Certification in relevant technologies or methodologies is a plus
