Tanggung Jawab
- Analyze and convert client data from various sources into standardized formats using advanced Excel functions and data modeling techniques.
- Ensure the accuracy and integrity of all data sets before and during the implementation phase, identifying and rectifying errors promptly.
- Collaborate directly with clients to identify data requirements, resolve discrepancies, and clarify project goals through effective communication.
- Manage daily tasks and project milestones using task management tools to ensure strict adherence to deadlines.
- Perform quality assurance checks on data outputs to ensure compliance with company standards and client specifications.
- Document data processes and provide training to internal teams on data handling best practices.
- Troubleshoot technical data issues and propose effective solutions to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, Finance, or a related field.
- Proven experience in data analysis with a strong command of Advanced Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros, Power Query).
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and identify trends.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for client interaction and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
- Experience in the real estate, property management, or financial services sector is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in using project management or task management software (e.g., Asana, Trello, Jira).
