Tanggung Jawab
- Lead end-to-end implementation of NICE products for new and existing clients
- Configure and customize solutions to align with client business requirements
- Provide technical expertise during deployment phases, including testing and validation
- Deliver client training and comprehensive documentation for implemented solutions
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation and post-deployment
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to ensure solution viability
- Monitor system performance and optimize configurations for client satisfaction
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or related field
- 3+ years of experience in software implementation or technical support
- Strong knowledge of enterprise software architecture and integration protocols
- Excellent client communication and presentation skills
- Experience with CRM, contact center, or analytics platforms preferred
- Proficiency in troubleshooting network and system configurations
- Certifications in relevant technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure) considered advantageous
