- Lead end-to-end implementation of Geek+ robotic systems across SEA client sites
- Configure and customize automation solutions to meet specific operational requirements
- Provide on-site technical support and troubleshooting during deployment phases
- Train client teams on system operation and maintenance protocols
- Document implementation processes and create technical handover materials
- Collaborate with global R&D team to resolve system integration challenges
- Monitor post-implementation performance and optimize system efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
- 3+ years of experience in system implementation or project engineering
- Strong proficiency in network configuration, hardware integration, and software deployment
- Excellent problem-solving skills with ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Fluency in English and at least one Southeast Asian language
- Experience working with logistics automation or robotics systems preferred
- Ability to travel up to 40% across SEA region
