- Conduct comprehensive onboarding sessions and training for new clients to ensure a smooth transition to MedSpecialized's platform.
- Configure software settings and workflows tailored to individual client requirements and business processes.
- Train clients on product features, best practices, and troubleshooting techniques.
- Collaborate closely with the technical product team to identify and resolve implementation challenges.
- Gather detailed client feedback and documentation to refine our onboarding processes.
- Manage client expectations and provide regular status updates throughout the implementation lifecycle.
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy during the migration and setup phases.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience in implementation, account management, or customer success roles.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts simply.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a customer-centric mindset.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
