- Lead end-to-end HRMS implementation projects from discovery to go-live

- Develop and deliver user training programs for HRMS adoption
- Provide post-implementation support and troubleshoot technical issues
- Document implementation processes and create client knowledge repositories
- Collaborate with sales teams to align solutions with client business objectives
- Monitor system performance and recommend optimization opportunities
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Business, or related field
- Minimum 2 years' experience in HRMS implementation or SaaS implementation
- Strong understanding of HR processes and compliance requirements
- Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools
- Excellent communication skills with ability to train non-technical users
- Experience with HRMS platforms (e.g., Workday, SAP SuccessFactors)
- Problem-solving aptitude and ability to work independently
