Tanggung Jawab
- Lead the end-to-end implementation of Medical IT solutions, including EMR (Electronic Medical Record) systems and hospital infrastructure.
- Provide expert technical support and troubleshooting for medical hardware and software applications.
- Conduct on-site installations, configuration, and testing of medical devices and network equipment.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Document technical processes, user manuals, and system configurations for future reference.
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing client queries and resolving technical issues efficiently.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
- Proven experience in IT project implementation, preferably within the healthcare or medical sector.
- Strong knowledge of networking, hardware troubleshooting, and operating systems (Windows/Linux).
- Familiarity with EMR systems and medical device connectivity is highly preferred.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a hybrid work environment.
