Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end import documentation including customs forms, bills of lading, and commercial invoices
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping lines for smooth cargo clearance
- Ensure compliance with Indonesian customs regulations and trade policies
- Calculate and verify landed costs including duties, taxes, and handling fees
- Maintain accurate import databases and track shipment status in real-time
- Resolve customs clearance issues and coordinate with relevant authorities
- Prepare regular reports on import activities and cost optimization opportunities
- Liaise with internal departments (procurement, logistics, finance) to align import schedules
Kualifikasi
- Fluent English communication skills (verbal and written)
- Minimum 2 years experience in import/export administration or logistics
- Deep knowledge of Indonesian customs procedures and regulations
- Proficiency in customs declaration systems (e.g., Sistem Pelayanan Dirjen Bea Cukai)
- Advanced MS Excel skills for data analysis and reporting
- Strong attention to detail with ability to manage multiple priorities
- Relevant bachelor's degree in Logistics, International Trade, or Business Administration
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle) preferred
