Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end import operations for air and sea freight shipments
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and carriers
- Ensure compliance with customs regulations and trade compliance requirements
- Prepare and process import documentation (commercial invoices, packing lists, bills of lading)
- Track shipments and provide timely updates to stakeholders
- Resolve customs clearance issues and shipment discrepancies
- Optimize freight costs through carrier negotiations and route planning
- Maintain accurate import records and documentation systems
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in import operations (air and sea freight)
- Strong knowledge of Philippine customs regulations and trade compliance
- Proficiency in logistics software and documentation systems
- Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities
- Certification in freight forwarding or customs brokerage (preferred)
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
