Tanggung Jawab
- Draft accurate and competitive import and export quotations based on client requirements and shipping routes.
- Confirm freight bookings with shipping lines and forwarders to secure capacity and schedule.
- Prepare and verify all necessary shipping documentation, including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists.
- Monitor shipping rates and market trends to provide clients with the best possible pricing options.
- Collaborate with the sales and operations teams to ensure seamless logistics execution and customer satisfaction.
- Resolve client inquiries regarding shipment status, customs regulations, and delivery schedules in a timely manner.
- Maintain organized records of all quotations, bookings, and correspondence in the internal system.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- At least 1-2 years of experience in import/export, freight forwarding, or logistics sales support is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, shipping terms, and general customs procedures is highly advantageous.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications, particularly Excel for data analysis and reporting.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively under pressure.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and a strong commitment to customer service.
