Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end import operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local customs regulations.
- Analyze import-related data to identify trends, mitigate risks, and optimize supply chain performance.
- Verify and ensure the completeness and correctness of all import documentation, including manifests, invoices, and packing lists.
- Serve as the primary liaison between local operations and Japanese stakeholders, utilizing advanced Japanese proficiency (JLPT N1).
- Oversee product information accuracy to support seamless retail distribution and store operations.
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve shipment discrepancies or documentation hurdles.
- Mentor junior team members and maintain a high standard of data integrity within the import management system.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Mandatory: JLPT N1 certification with excellent verbal and written Japanese communication skills.
- At least 3-5 years of experience in import/export operations, preferably within the retail or FMCG sector.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian import regulations, customs procedures, and trade compliance.
- Proven ability to manage large datasets with high accuracy and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- Strong leadership and organizational skills, with the ability to perform under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
