As a key member of our operations team, you will oversee the entire shipping process, from preparing shipping documentation and airway bills to coordinating with shipping lines, customs brokers, and truckers. You will serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely delivery and resolving any logistical queries efficiently. Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage end-to-end import and export airfreight operations from booking to final delivery.
  • Prepare and verify shipping documentation, including airway bills, commercial invoices, and packing lists.
  • Liaise with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and truckers to schedule cargo pickup and delivery.
  • Coordinate with customs brokers to ensure smooth clearance and compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Provide accurate and timely updates to clients regarding shipment status and tracking information.
  • Handle incoming customer inquiries via email and phone, resolving issues professionally.
  • Maintain comprehensive records of all shipping transactions and transit logs.

Kualifikasi

  • GCE 'O' or 'A' Level or Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Transport Management.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in airfreight forwarding or logistics customer service.
  • Strong working knowledge of import/export procedures and Incoterms.
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Customer-centric mindset with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
