- Manage and coordinate airfreight import shipments from booking to final delivery
- Provide excellent customer service to clients, addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly
- Prepare and process necessary documentation including air waybills, commercial invoices, and customs declarations
- Coordinate with airlines, ground handlers, and customs authorities to ensure smooth clearance
- Monitor shipment status and provide regular updates to clients
- Calculate and communicate freight charges, ensuring accurate invoicing
- Maintain detailed records of all shipments and communications
- Identify opportunities to improve service quality and operational efficiency
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in airfreight customer service or operations
- Strong knowledge of airfreight procedures, documentation, and customs regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
