Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and process import/export documentation including customs forms, commercial invoices, and packing lists
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and international shipping partners
- Monitor shipment status and resolve customs clearance issues proactively
- Maintain accurate inventory records and logistics databases
- Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and tariff classifications
- Collaborate with internal departments to coordinate logistics activities
- Analyze shipping costs and suggest optimization opportunities
- Stay updated on changes in customs policies and trade agreements
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in import/export operations or logistics
- Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office applications
- Knowledge of customs procedures and international trade regulations
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organizational skills
- Effective communication and problem-solving abilities
