Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate and optimize daily trucking schedules to ensure maximum efficiency in fleet utilization.
- Act as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders, warehouse teams, and external shipping partners.
- Monitor shipment progress in real-time, proactively addressing delays or logistics bottlenecks.
- Prepare and verify shipping documents (Bills of Lading, Packing Lists, Invoices) to ensure 100% accuracy.
- Handle customs clearance processes and ensure compliance with all trade regulations.
- Maintain clear and timely communication regarding shipment status updates to clients and management.
- Maintain comprehensive logs of logistics activities and provide regular status reports.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in import/export coordination or general logistics operations.
- Strong understanding of shipping documentation and international trade compliance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel and Word) and logistics management software.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid knowledge of local transport networks and Singapore logistics protocols.
