We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Import/Export Customer Service & Documentation Executive to join the DTS Group team. In this pivotal role, you will support our import export, shipping, and sales operations by ensuring all documentation is accurate and compliant with international trade regulations.

Tanggung Jawab
- Prepare and verify import/export documentation, including commercial invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading.
- Coordinate with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs brokers to ensure timely clearance and delivery.
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and efficiency.
- Track shipment status and provide regular updates to customers regarding their orders.
- Ensure strict compliance with local and international trade regulations and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records and data in the company's documentation management system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to provide necessary shipping information to clients.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in import/export documentation or customer service within the transport and logistics sector.
- Strong knowledge of Incoterms, shipping terms, and customs procedures.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
