Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end import and export operations for air and sea shipments.
- Liaise with freight forwarders, shipping lines, and airlines to ensure timely cargo movement.
- Prepare and process shipping documentation (Bill of Lading, Air Waybills, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, Certificates of Origin).
- Ensure strict compliance with local customs regulations, international trade laws, and company policies.
- Monitor cargo tracking systems and proactively resolve any discrepancies or delays.
- Coordinate with internal teams (Warehouse, Sales, Finance) to optimize logistics workflows.
- Process letters of credit (L/C) and ensure all documentation meets banking requirements.
- Maintain accurate records of shipments, costs, and supplier performance for reporting purposes.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in a similar Import & Export Officer role.
- Strong knowledge of international trade terms (Incoterms) and customs clearance procedures in Singapore.
- Familiarity with TradeNet (or similar customs declaration systems) is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently under tight deadlines in a high-volume environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
