Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end import/export operations for international shipments
- Ensure strict adherence to PEZA compliance requirements and regulations
- Coordinate with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and shipping lines
- Maintain accurate documentation for customs clearance and trade compliance
- Monitor tariff changes and update compliance procedures proactively
- Resolve customs issues and mitigate operational delays
- Collaborate with procurement and logistics teams for seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of import/export and PEZA compliance experience
- Deep knowledge of Philippine customs regulations and PEZA requirements
- Proficiency in trade documentation systems and customs software
- Certification in trade compliance or logistics preferred
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
