In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing the entire lifecycle of international shipments, ensuring compliance with local and international regulations, and optimizing our supply chain efficiency.

Tanggung Jawab
- Oversee and manage end-to-end import and export operations, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
- Ensure full compliance with customs regulations, HS codes, and trade documentation requirements.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders and logistics providers to secure the best shipping rates and routes.
- Monitor shipment tracking systems, identify potential delays, and implement proactive solutions.
- Prepare and review critical shipping documents, including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists.
- Analyze shipping costs and propose cost-saving initiatives to improve operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of all import/export activities and prepare monthly reports.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of proven experience in import/export, freight forwarding, or logistics coordination.
- Strong working knowledge of Malaysian Customs Act and relevant trade regulations.
- Proficient in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and MS Office applications.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Ability to work independently under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel if required.
