Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end import and export documentation, including Bills of Lading, Commercial Invoices, and Packing Lists.
- Ensure full compliance with Singapore Customs regulations and international trade laws.
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of shipments.
- Resolve customs clearance issues and potential bottlenecks to minimize lead times.
- Maintain accurate records for auditing and reporting purposes.
- Monitor and optimize shipping costs while maintaining high service levels.
- Assist in the preparation of trade compliance reports and documentation for regulatory bodies.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in import/export operations or trade compliance.
- Strong knowledge of HS Codes, Incoterms, and Free Trade Agreements (FTA).
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to liaise with cross-functional teams.
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail.
