Tanggung Jawab
- Manage import/export operations to ensure compliance with customs regulations and international trade laws
- Coordinate with freight forwarders, customs brokers, and shipping carriers to arrange timely transportation of goods
- Prepare and maintain all necessary documentation for international shipments, including bills of lading, commercial invoices, and certificates of origin
- Analyze supply chain processes to identify inefficiencies and implement cost-saving measures
- Build and maintain relationships with suppliers, customers, and logistics partners
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse teams to optimize stock management
- Track and report on key performance indicators related to supply chain efficiency
- Stay updated on changes in trade policies and regulations affecting import/export operations
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, International Business, or related field
- 2-3 years of professional experience in Import/Export, Supply Chain, or Logistics
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations and international trade compliance
- Proficiency in supply chain management software and logistics systems
- Excellent organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Effective communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
