Tanggung Jawab
- Manage the end-to-end import process, ensuring timely clearance and documentation compliance.
- Coordinate closely with international HQ, local logistics partners, and freight forwarders to track shipments.
- Oversee daily warehouse inventory levels and reconcile discrepancies with local teams.
- Prepare and maintain accurate import/export records, shipping manifests, and customs documentation.
- Resolve logistics bottlenecks, including delays in transit or customs clearance issues.
- Optimize transport routes and storage strategies to minimize costs and improve delivery turnaround times.
- Maintain effective communication with cross-functional departments to ensure production requirements are met.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in import, export, or warehouse logistics management.
- Strong understanding of local customs regulations and import-export procedures in Malaysia.
- Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (Excel/Word).
- Excellent communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin proficiency is a strong advantage).
- Proven ability to manage multiple shipments and deadlines in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on cost-reduction and process improvement.
