Tanggung Jawab
- Manage end-to-end import operations including documentation preparation, customs clearance, and shipment coordination
- Liaise with customs authorities, freight forwarders, and international suppliers to ensure compliance with regulations
- Monitor shipment status and provide real-time updates to stakeholders regarding transit progress
- Resolve import-related discrepancies and delays through proactive problem-solving
- Maintain accurate records of import activities, costs, and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams to optimize import workflows and reduce operational bottlenecks
- Stay updated on changes in customs regulations and trade policies affecting import operations
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Trade, or related field
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in import operations or logistics coordination
- Proficiency in customs procedures, documentation (B/L, invoices, certificates), and trade compliance
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in documentation and process management
- Excellent communication skills for cross-functional and international stakeholder interactions
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment while meeting deadlines
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and logistics management software
