Join Worldtrans Sea Air Cargo Logistics Inc. as an Import Operations Manager and lead our dynamic import division in the heart of Binondo. As a key player in our logistics network, you'll oversee end-to-end import operations, ensuring seamless cargo movement while maintaining compliance with international trade regulations. This senior role demands strategic coordination between clients, carriers, and customs authorities to optimize supply chain efficiency. You'll manage documentation workflows, resolve operational bottlenecks, and drive process improvements that enhance client satisfaction. Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end import shipments from origin to final destination
- Prepare and manage customs documentation (B/L, invoices, certificates)
- Optimize freight forwarding operations for cost and efficiency
- Resolve customs clearance issues and regulatory compliance matters
- Lead client servicing for import accounts and manage stakeholder relationships
- Analyze shipment data to identify process improvement opportunities
- Collaborate with overseas partners and local carriers for cargo consolidation
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or Business Administration
- Minimum 5 years in import operations within freight forwarding
- Expert knowledge of Philippine customs regulations and procedures
- Proficiency in logistics software (TMS, WMS) and documentation systems
- Strong problem-solving skills for customs clearance challenges
- Certified Customs Broker (CCB) license preferred
- Excellent negotiation and client relationship management abilities
