Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Import Planning Executive to join our growing team in the East Region. In this pivotal role, you will be the backbone of our supply chain operations, ensuring that the end-to-end import and export planning activities are executed with precision, compliance, and cost-effectiveness.
You will play a critical role in managing the movement of goods across borders, acting as a liaison between internal stakeholders, freight forwarders, and customs authorities. Tanggung Jawab
- Plan, coordinate, and monitor end-to-end import and export shipments to ensure timely delivery of goods.
- Manage documentation requirements including Bills of Lading, Invoices, Packing Lists, and Certificates of Origin.
- Collaborate closely with customs brokers and regulatory bodies to ensure 100% compliance with import/export regulations.
- Monitor and track shipment progress, proactively identifying and resolving potential bottlenecks or delays.
- Analyze logistics costs and optimize routes to drive operational efficiency and cost savings.
- Maintain accurate records in the ERP system and generate regular status reports for management.
- Coordinate with warehouse teams to ensure smooth inbound receiving processes.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-3 years of proven experience in import/export operations or logistics planning.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore Customs regulations, HS Codes, and Free Trade Agreements (FTA).
- Proficiency in ERP software (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and Microsoft Excel.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to negotiate with freight forwarders and partners.
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail, particularly in handling shipping documentation.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
