Tanggung Jawab
- Coordinate end-to-end import planning processes to ensure timely arrival of goods.
- Liaise with international suppliers, shipping agents, and logistics partners to track shipments and resolve discrepancies.
- Monitor and update import documentation to ensure full compliance with Singapore customs and regulatory requirements.
- Analyze inventory levels and demand forecasts to optimize reorder quantities and reduce stockouts.
- Prepare comprehensive reports on import performance, lead times, and shipping costs.
- Collaborate with internal procurement and warehouse teams to align delivery schedules with operational capacity.
- Identify process improvement opportunities to streamline supply chain workflows and reduce operational costs.
Kualifikasi
- Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-3 years of experience in import/export operations, logistics, or inventory planning.
- Strong proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel for data analysis and reporting).
- Familiarity with local customs regulations, HS codes, and import permit processes.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage stakeholder expectations effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a high level of attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a high-pressure retail environment.
