Tanggung Jawab
- Monitor the arrival of containers and update stakeholders regarding shipment status in real-time.
- Generate and submit detailed arrival reports to management and relevant departments.
- Coordinate closely with shipping lines, freight forwarders, and customs authorities.
- Resolve logistical bottlenecks and unexpected issues that arise during the import process.
- Ensure all import documentation is accurate, complete, and compliant with local regulations.
- Conduct regular inventory checks upon container arrival to verify cargo condition and quantity.
- Collaborate with internal teams to schedule unloading and storage of goods.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in import supervision or logistics operations.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian customs regulations and import procedures.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Proficient in using ERP systems and logistics software.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work well under pressure.
- Valid driver’s license is preferred.
