- Oversee all import operations and ensure compliance with local and international regulations
- Manage and coordinate supply chain activities for imported wine and spirits products
- Develop and implement regulatory compliance strategies and procedures
- Lead a team of import and regulatory specialists, providing guidance and support
- Monitor changes in import regulations and update company policies accordingly
- Prepare and submit required documentation for customs clearance and regulatory approvals
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure seamless import processes
- Analyze import data and identify opportunities for process improvement
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in import/export operations, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role
- Deep understanding of Philippine customs regulations and international trade laws
- Experience with wine and spirits industry regulations and compliance requirements
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Proficiency in import documentation and customs clearance processes
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
