Join CDO Foodsphere, Inc., a leading food manufacturing company, as our Imports Compliance Specialist in Valenzuela. In this critical role, you'll safeguard our supply chain by ensuring adherence to complex import regulations while minimizing financial risks. You'll collaborate with senior leadership to develop robust import control frameworks, conduct compliance audits, and maintain up-to-date knowledge of customs laws. Tanggung Jawab
- Support senior management in establishing import control objectives and KPIs
- Monitor compliance with Philippine customs regulations and international trade laws
- Prepare, review, and submit accurate import documentation to prevent penalties
- Conduct internal audits of import processes and recommend corrective actions
- Collaborate with customs brokers and freight forwarders to streamline clearance
- Develop compliance training materials for logistics and procurement teams
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and implement process improvements
- Generate compliance reports for management and regulatory bodies
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in import/export compliance or logistics
- Deep knowledge of Philippine Customs regulations and ACICS system
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail in documentation
- Certification in Customs Brokerage or Trade Compliance preferred
- Experience in food/beverage manufacturing industry a plus
- Proficient in MS Office and customs documentation software
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
