Tanggung Jawab
- Develop, implement, and maintain the Integrated Management System (IMS) documentation and processes.
- Coordinate internal and external audits, ensuring full compliance with ISO standards (e.g., ISO 9001, 14001, 45001).
- Lead risk assessment initiatives and drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to mitigate operational risks.
- Supervise a team of quality and compliance staff to ensure organizational goals are met consistently.
- Conduct regular management reviews and provide data-driven insights to senior leadership regarding system performance.
- Facilitate training programs to enhance organizational awareness of IMS policies and procedures.
- Streamline operational workflows to improve efficiency and maintain high quality benchmarks.
Kualifikasi
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in managing ISO-certified Integrated Management Systems.
- Proven expertise in ISO 9001, 14001, and 45001 standards; lead auditor certification is highly preferred.
- Strong leadership capabilities with experience in team management and cross-departmental coordination.
- Excellent analytical skills with a sharp eye for process documentation and system gaps.
- Proficiency in report writing, data analysis tools, and quality management software.
- Strong communication skills in both English and Filipino, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
