Tanggung Jawab
- Perform routine maintenance and repairs on production machinery and equipment
- Conduct thorough testing and inspection of components to ensure quality standards
- Implement preventive maintenance programs to minimize equipment downtime
- Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems
- Coordinate with production teams to address equipment-related issues promptly
- Maintain accurate maintenance records and documentation
- Recommend equipment upgrades or modifications to improve efficiency
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
Kualifikasi
- Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance engineering, preferably in manufacturing
- Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, electrical circuits, and control systems
- Proficiency in troubleshooting and problem-solving techniques
- Familiarity with preventive maintenance strategies and methodologies
- Certification in relevant maintenance or engineering fields is a plus
- Good communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
