Tanggung Jawab
- Provide comprehensive legal advice and representation on a wide range of personal and corporate matters.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex contracts, agreements, and legal documents to protect the Principal's interests.
- Manage estate planning, succession strategies, and asset protection initiatives.
- Ensure strict adherence to local and international laws, regulations, and compliance standards.
- Handle litigation, dispute resolution, and regulatory inquiries with tact and expertise.
- Advise on real estate transactions, investments, and private equity opportunities.
- Act as the primary legal contact for the Principal's private office and family matters.
Kualifikasi
- Must possess a Bachelor of Laws (Juris Doctor) degree and be a licensed attorney.
- Minimum of 5 to 10 years of post-admission experience, preferably in private practice or as in-house counsel for UHNW individuals.
- Strong command of Philippine Civil Law and relevant legal frameworks.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Unwavering discretion, confidentiality, and professional integrity.
- Ability to work independently and manage a multifaceted workload efficiently.
