Tanggung Jawab
- Develop and execute effective sales strategies to meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
- Proactively identify and cultivate new client leads through networking, digital outreach, and referral programs.
- Conduct professional property presentations and site tours for prospective buyers.
- Provide expert advice on property features, financing options, and investment potential.
- Maintain a comprehensive database of customer interactions and follow-ups via CRM tools.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to optimize sales materials and promotional activities.
- Represent PT Kencana Jayaproperti Agung at property exhibitions, open houses, and industry events.
Kualifikasi
- Minimum Diploma (D3) in Marketing, Business, Communication, or a related field.
- Proven experience in property sales or high-ticket retail marketing preferred.
- Exceptional interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
- Strong understanding of the local property market in Bogor and surrounding areas.
- Ability to work independently as well as contribute to a team-oriented environment.
- Possess a professional appearance and a strong work ethic.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, to accommodate client schedules.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications and social media for lead generation.
