Kualifikasi
- Proven experience in sales, business development, or client relationship management
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with ability to build rapport
- Experience in recruitment or staffing industry preferred
- Goal-oriented with track record of meeting/exceeding targets
- Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
