- Provide personalized in-room dining service including order taking, meal presentation, and tray setup
- Execute upselling techniques to enhance guest experience and revenue
- Maintain strict food safety standards and hygiene protocols
- Coordinate with kitchen staff for timely preparation and delivery
- Handle guest inquiries, special requests, and billing transactions
- Ensure dining areas and equipment are impeccably maintained
- Collaborate with cross-departmental teams for seamless operations
Kualifikasi
- Minimum 1 year experience in luxury hotel dining or room service
- Strong knowledge of food safety and sanitation regulations
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Basic beverage knowledge and wine service expertise preferred
- Physically able to carry trays and navigate hotel corridors
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Malaysia
