Tanggung Jawab

  • Manage high volumes of inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat channels.
  • Provide accurate and timely information regarding company products, services, and account status.
  • Resolve customer complaints or technical issues by identifying the root cause and providing effective solutions.
  • Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions within the CRM system.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Adhere to established performance metrics, including average handle time, customer satisfaction scores, and quality assurance standards.
  • Support team goals by sharing feedback and participating in continuous improvement initiatives.

Kualifikasi

  • Fluency in both English and Mandarin (verbal and written) is mandatory to support our diverse client base.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience in a customer service or call center environment.
  • Proven ability to handle challenging customer situations with patience and professionalism.
  • Strong computer literacy, including proficiency with MS Office, CRM software, and web-based communication tools.
  • A stable and reliable high-speed internet connection for remote work duties.
  • Excellent active listening, verbal communication, and interpersonal skills.
